User-Generated Content

Users may submit content through service interfaces within the scope permitted by AIBoostFlow.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant AIBoostFlow a license to use it for service delivery.

By submitting content, users grant AIBoostFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display the content.

Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with all laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

AIBoostFlow may remove content that violates terms or is deemed inappropriate at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including software, branding, and documentation, belong exclusively to AIBoostFlow or its licensors.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling service components is prohibited.

Paid Services

Payments must be made in accordance with invoicing terms; accepted payment methods are indicated during purchase.

Subscription-based services renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Users may cancel paid subscriptions at any time, with services available until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate service agreements with notice. Upon termination, account access and associated services will cease.

Termination does not relieve users from payment obligations accrued prior to termination.

Dispute Resolution
